Trattoria for Two

Our love of all things Italian led us to create Trattoria for Two. Nestled in a 5 quart stainless steel colander is everything you need to cook an authentic, savory Italian pasta dinner. Two types of pasta - festive, multicolor Trombette as well as traditional Trottoloni (or “spinning tops”), go well with either of these classic sauces - sugo di pomodoro or pesto alla Genovese. Enjoy your pasta with a bottle of Banfi Col di Sasso. This Tuscan wine, a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated on the rocky slopes of the Banfi estate in Montalcino, pairs beautifully with pasta. After dinner, all natural, twice-baked Almond Anise Biscotti completes the meal. It doesn’t get much more Italian than this.
